• Model name (e.g. iPhone Xs)
• Color
• Storage (e.g. 64 GB)
• External condition (e.g. no scratches, small scratches, obvious scratches)
• Screen condition (e.g. perfect, some scratches, broken)
• Working condition (e.g. normal, defective)
• Anything else, we need to know?

If you want, you can also attach some pictures of the phone - but this is just optional. 

2. Receive your offer

After sending us your email with the above mentioned details, our screening team will review them and decide, how much your device is worth. We make sure that you receive a fair price which reflects the market value of the conditions which you shared. By repairing devices and selling them again, we are often able to offer higher prices than other places to sell your smartphone such as trade in programs. In most cases, we will be able to directly send you an offer within 1 day. If we have questions, or don't buy the model you want to sell, we will get back to you within 1 day as well. 

3. Get your money

Next, you can review the offer and decide, if you want to sell the phone to us or not. If you decide to sell the phone to us, we will provide you with further instructions on our hassle-free process of sending devices to us. As soon as we receive your device, we will do a quick check (to ensure that the conditions match with the description) and transfer the money to your bank account within 3 working days. In case that the condition of the device is very different from what was described in the email, we either decide to make you an appropriate offer or to return it to you for free. Please be aware that we will report stolen devices.
